PatientThis is not a review, this is a story. During my consultation with the first orthodontist, long and short she said she would require some time to figure out, and draw, and structure, and engineer and other works. Then another and another. Then I chanced on 32 dental studio, read reviews and decided to give it a try. First shock, I was not required to pay consultation fees but would need to if I decided to go along with them. Second shock, the orthodontist asked me what I wanted. Then he clearly answered my questions and gave answers to potential questions that were to form in my mind later. The treatment is coming along fine, I will review when we complete it. Anne at reception is a star.

PatientI was quite impressed by how spacious and clean the clinic was. From the receptionist to the Dentist, all were very friendly. Helps when you feel comfortable at doctor visits. Dr. Jyoti concisely explained her thought process in lay man English before we began. This knowledge was helpful, as I knew what to expect and that put me at ease. During the procedure, she kept me in the loop and always asked if I was comfortable or needed a break (which also killed the dreaded silence on the dentist chair!).
But most of all, I liked the honesty from my dentist. She recommended a less painful alternative to what I was suggested to by another Dentist – she has been right so far. Which also turned out to be cheaper (WIN – WIN!).

PatientI was so happy with the initial consultation concerning my tooth. We discussed my options and made a treatment plan, with which even my Dentist abroad was in agreement with. The process of the Root canal was not as scary as I had previously heard from others. It was handled so well by Dr. Jyoti and I had no discomfort during or after the procedure. Looking forward to getting my crown done!

PatientI had a very pleasant experience at the dental clinic with Dr Pirani. I was quickly attended to despite not having an appointment. I had a routine check up and cleaning, which was painless and I was made to feel at ease. I wasn’t particularly anxious about the procedure but I like that my dentist kept me informed and involved at each step, I knew what was going on and what to expect. All in all, a fantastic experience.
